How do I submit a resume?
You can submit your resume online by clicking on the Search Jobs link to the right.
What internet browsers work with your Careers site job search?
This site works best with the following browsers:

When am I considered an official applicant?
You will be an applicant once you successfully complete an online application for a specific position and pass our basic screening.
What is the typical interview process like?
If your qualifications are a match for a current opening, you will be contacted by a representative from Equity Office to schedule an interview. Depending on the position, the interview process may include more than one round of interviews. At the conclusion of the interview process, you will be notified of a decision as soon as possible. A comprehensive background check is required of all candidates that are offered employment with Equity Office.
How often is the Equity Office job database updated?
The database of current job openings is continually updated as positions become available and as they are filled.
How long will my resume be in the Equity Office database?
Your resume will be kept in the resume database for two years.
How often may I submit my resume?
You can update your resume on a daily basis if you have had a change in your employment status. You can also attach your resume to other open positions.
How can I confirm that Equity Office has the resume I submitted?
You will receive an email verifying that you have successfully submitted your resume. You can check your application status by logging back into our Search Jobs section. You can also view your current resume online in the same manner.
Does Equity Office have a policy on hiring relatives of current associates?
We encourage our employees to refer qualified friends and family members to apply for open positions.
Does Equity Office have opportunities for internships?
Yes. Any open internships will be posted in our Search Jobs with all other available positions.
Do you require a cover letter?

Equity Office does not engage external recruiting agencies and will not accept unsolicited resumes from any external agency. Unsolicited resumes will be treated at Equity Office's discretion to follow-up with as it sees applicable. Equity Office maintains a preferred vendor list and only engages approved external agencies from this list to work on specific positions at certain times. Only an approved vendor can be engaged by Equity Office for a specific position, with a written scope of work. Equity Office will not pay placement fees to companies that have not been approved in writing to work on a specific opening.
