Equity
Office is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free
from intimidation and harassment. Equity Office policy prohibits
sexual, racial or any other type of harassment in the workplace.
Equity Office considers harassment to be a major offense that may
result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of
employment. All new employees must successfully complete Equity
Office’s anti- harassment training as a condition of continued
employment.
Employees
are instructed to promptly report matters of harassment or
unlawful discrimination to their supervisor, certain other
individuals or Equity Office’s compliance hotline.
All
inquiries and complaints are investigated and kept as confidential
as possible.
Equity
Office will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who
makes a good faith report or who assists in a complaint
investigation.
